The client wasn't getting the response they wanted from Wellbeing at Work monthly emails. I was asked to help correct this issue.
The solution was to make it less text driven and more like a newsletter. The previous design had long articles, and we needed to cut this text and write it so it got to the point sooner. I also designed it with more buttons, so that the user was encouraged to interact with the email more. After this redesign was used, the client noticed a significant increase in the clicks, making this a huge success.
